On May 21, representatives of Kalancha took part in the 13th All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the Ivanovo Fire and Rescue Academy of the State Fire Service of EMERCOM of Russia.
The event brought together specialists, faculty members, researchers, and young scientists to discuss key issues in the development of modern fire safety systems.
During the conference, participants addressed the following topics:
-
improvement of engineering fire protection systems;
-
development of scientific research and deeper theoretical knowledge;
-
new developments and modern scientific approaches in fire safety;
-
training of young specialists and the development of scientific schools.
Kalancha was represented at the conference by:
-
Igor Anatolyevich Prokhorov, Technical Director;
-
Elena Grigoryevna Koval, Design Engineer.
Igor Anatolyevich delivered a presentation on “The Use of Gas-Powder Fire Suppression Systems for Fire Protection of Facilities Handling LNG.”
As a result of the conference, Igor Anatolyevich was awarded a certificate of participation with a presentation. This is not only recognition of his personal contribution, but also confirmation that Kalancha’s research and technical developments are highly valued by the professional community.
Special interest was drawn to the presentations by young specialists at the round table, which focused on research activities and the latest developments in modern fire suppression.
Kalancha actively cooperates with universities and specialized educational institutions, supporting the advancement of science and the training of young professionals in the field of fire safety.
That is why it is especially encouraging to see young, motivated specialists who are already striving today to advance the industry, study modern technologies, and seek new solutions.
We would like to thank the conference organizers for the high level of the event, and all participants for the professional dialogue, exchange of experience, and genuine interest in fire safety issues.
