Kalancha Included in the Official Proceedings of the Black Sea Oil & Gas Conferences 2026

The 15th International Conference “Oil and Gas Production, Gathering, Treatment, and Transportation. Design, Construction, Operation, and Automation of Production Facilities,” held in Sochi, is rightfully regarded as one of the key scientific and technical events in the oil and gas industry. We are especially honored that, following the event, the official conference proceedings included a paper by Kalancha General Director Vladimir Alexandrovich Tarasenko and Technical Director Igor Anatolyevich Prokhorov titled: “The Use of Gas-Powder Fire Suppression Systems for Fire Protection of LNG Facilities.”

The paper focused on one of the most relevant and challenging issues in modern industrial safety — ensuring the protection of facilities handling liquefied natural gas (LNG).

The tests conducted proved that modern Bizone gas-powder fire suppression systems are capable of rapidly localizing a fire at an early stage and preventing a major incident from developing.

This is the result of many years of scientific and engineering work by our team, and we are proud that our developments are gaining recognition within the professional community.
