From June 24 to 27, the Ivanovo region hosted the All-Russian Professional Skills Competition among fire service units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
The event was part of the Army-wide trials "Army Reserve — 2025."
The competition brought together 16 regular fire service units representing the various branches, military districts, and fleets of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
On the first day, participants took part in an intellectual quiz, testing their knowledge of regulatory documents and the theoretical foundations of firefighting.
The second day was dedicated to performance standards: response speed to an alarm, donning of gear, preparation of firefighting equipment, and ascending a training tower using ladders.
The third day featured tactical deployment exercises: responding to an alarm, navigating an obstacle course, extinguishing a simulated fire, and evacuating victims.
